Where's the cheapest place to buy crab - fresh or frozen?

You can find it in Lidl frozen.

I tend to buy it from the fish monger. Costco sometimes have it frozen and marks and spencer do it dressed or have claws etc.

saw some in Netto today, didn't check price as wasn't looking for any but they have it in there hth

Costco have whole soft shelled crabs available in the freezer section all year round.

Cromer, direct from the suppliers. Not sure if it's the cheapest but it's definately the best!

try not to buy frozen,its not a patch on fresh.
and whilst cromer crabs are tasty they are far to small.
find a fishmonger he will get you a decent crab.
on a lighter note....if you get crabs just pour on whisky and sand,they get drunk and beat each other to death with rocks:D
