Dear users
a note to let you know that london plannet hollywood is closing down till april because of a rent problem and they will be relocating to another area which is not yet known.
i got a phone call 2day to cancel my bookin which was made 1month ago and it was for sunday.
I am annoyed because i exchanged my clubcard vouchers up for the meal tokens.
although they are valid for 6months it has now ruined my birthday surprise!
i wanted to let others know incase they make the mistake i did!
also the woman on the booking desk told me that even though the meal tokens have got plannet hollywood on them I can still use them at another restaurant which I dont know if this is true I will be looking into this 2moz.

Sorry your booking got cancelled - but wanted to say you can use the vouchers in MOST of the food outlets listed on the cc website. We went to London last year paid for through cc vouchers, and used them in various restaurants.
