Has anyone out there used morgage genie? My current mortgage is about to end with Nationwide and I am looking for another deal. Bank of Ireland looks good with no fees at all. Anyone mortgaged with Bank of Ireland? Need help! I don't want to pay my current lender fees of £500 just to stay with them!!
