Panasonic Magnificent S7 Competition Terms & Conditions


1. The competition is promoted by Panasonic UK Ltd (and/or its subsidiaries or associated companies) whose registered address is at Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8FP (‘The Promoter’).


2. This competition is open to UK residents only aged 18 years or over, except for employees of The Promoter, their families or anyone else associated with this promotion.


3. No purchase necessary.


4. Playing the game will be taken to mean acceptance of the terms and conditions expressed herein and the ‘How to Play’ Rules posted on the website. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions or any of the ‘How to Play’ Rules at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the terms and conditions or the ‘How to Play’ Rules will be posted on this website.


5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions or the ‘How to Play’ Rules.


6. Entry eligibility is based upon the successful completion of any of the 5 levels. For each completed level the participant is entered automatically into the prize draw. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if entry was not possible due to technical difficulties including, but not exclusively, access to the website. The decision of The Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will not be acknowledged.


7. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent.


8. The start date for this competition is 5th December 2008. Entries will be registered until the closing date on midnight the 28th February 2009.


9. The winner will be notified by email to the address provided by 6th March 2009 and requested to provide additional information by return. If the winner fails to respond to the notification email within one calendar month, a new winner will be drawn at random. The winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.


10. The winner may be requested to take part in post-event promotional activity.


11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

Each prize includes the delivery costs to any UK address. Please allow 28 days for delivery or collection of prizes. All reasonable endeavors will be made to contact the winner during this time.
