No the vounchers can't be spent in store. The conditions to current vouchers are that they can only be used in store if you placed original order in store. If you order by internet the vouchers have to be used online.

There are often free delivery codes to avoid delivery charge.

Alternatively, you can do what I did. I looked online and then phoned argo (using https://www.saynoto0870 to avoid expensive phone number) and that way they delivered to order to my home (using free delivey code AFD i think) and then they sent the vouchers to my home too and they are ones I can use in store.

I've always found argos to be good when dealing withcompliants so hopefully you will get a satisfactory response bazrok.

When they first did the voucher scheme they did used to send the voucher with the goods.I ordered thinking the same thing would happen next time but then got the online code to use. I was not happy either and contacted them, but they said there was nothing they could do and that it could only be used on line.The voucher was for £5.00 and there were no free delivery codes around so I never used it.

I always buy in store now to get the voucher.

Hi, could anyone advise please.
I bought 2 razors on the internet as presents and thought I could use the £5 voucher instore. I now find out I have to use it on the internet. Could I return the razors under the DSR, then buy them again instore and then get a voucher to use instore?
