    does anyone know, if there is any deal on with Argos, like they had earlier, when you spent £50 you got a fiver or a tenner for £100?

    Haven't see anything exactly like that for a while. They've got some similiar codes for furniture out at the moment;

    £50 off £250 on furniture. Code = FURNDISC. Valid until March 15

    £100 off £400 on furiture. Code = FURNDISC. Valid until March 15

    Or, if you need a free standing cooker,
    10% off all freestanding cookers. Code = COOK10. Valid until March 15

    Depends what you are looking to buy. I just had an e-mail from them an hour ago saying 15% off all washing machines & washer dryers over £300 with code WASH15.
    There is also the Argos voucher offer at the moment. Other than that, cashback at about 2 or 3% I think.

    Having said that, I found a better price at Sainsbury's with their current offer of £50 of appliances over £350 and 2% cashback plus some Nectar points.
