accepted on both sales & on our joint purchase
25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Sainsburys - bargain DS games and more

Went to Sainsburys this morning, and managed to pick up a couple of bargains - they had DS games and a couple of PS3 games greatly reduced.........
DS Diddy Kong Racing - £5
DS Sonic Rush - £5
DS Final Fantasy 3 - £2
DS Cats and Dogs My Best Friends - £2
DS Need For Speed Carbon - £2
I also saw a couple of PS3 games reduced to £2 - not sure of the titles, but there was a boxing one and a football one.
And they also had the McFly Children In Need CD marked down to 10p, so I bought one for my daughter, and it went through the till at 1p!

I went to my local early saturday morning & they didn't have any DS or Wii games left (if there was any) but they did have loads of PS2 and only a couple of Xbox360, PS3 & PSP games there. The cheapest Wii & Ds games were £15 & I did notice that a couple were cheaper than other shops.
I think its just a case of potluck on what ur local has in.
ETA: I picked up Medal of honour on PSP £5 for my nephewGive a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach that person touse the Internet and they won't bother you for weeks.:D0 -

Darn - I saw Cats and Dogs My Best Friends in my local store near the checkout yesterday. It looked a bit bashed about but the price on it said about £25 so I left it. I bet it would've gone through at £2. :mad:

All stock is old EUK stock which the stores are trying to shift, this covers CD, DVD & Games. Stores will not be getting in stock for this sale and its only down to what the store had in before EUK/Wolworths problems.
