A daft question how do you prepare a mango?

yeap as daft as it sounds I have no idea
I would like to just eat it on its own or maybe with fresh pineapple but at the moment I havent a clue how I prepare it as I know it has a stone

Cut around the mango lenghways, like you would an advacado, while its still together hold one half in each hand and twist and pull, this should seperate the two halves, prize the stone out. Then make a criss cross (graph) pattern on the flesh, then sort of turn the mango inside out,it will look a bit like a hedgehog
, you then need to cut off the cubes, and eat.

I'm an animal when it comes to mangos, i tear straight into it ripping it to shreds usually ending up with fragments of mango all over me and the kitchen floor. Hope this helps

BH uses mangos quite a bit for smoothies - so I bought him this mango splitter, works a real treat!!0
