Hello all - hope there is someone out there who can advise on this.
We are all mixed up in the great MFI debacle of having some of our kitchen delivered, but not all of it. We financed the kitchen with MFI on their buy now, pay later scheme backed in by Black Horse.
What I and many other moneysavers are finding is that the agreements haven't been set up - despite us having a welcome letter etc. Someone else from the forum seems to have found out from Black Horse that MFI never took the money from Black Horse - so in effect there are no agreements in place i.e. no money to pay back as Black Horse haven't paid MFI ???
Does that sound right ? If Black Horse haven't taken on any of the loans from MFI does that mean our agreements are cancelled ?
Needless to say we can't get a straight answer out of anybody and I've written to Black Horse 3 times - no reply. When I phone them they can't find me on their computer and advise that I write to them (is it me??)
Any help would be fantastic. :j
