If there are no deals on I find it best to buy the 6 pack of bottles, rather than singles. IIRC a single bottle costs £1.28 and a 6 pk case costs £6.98. Its not a huge difference but every penny counts! :D
Its probably even better to buy the powder and make it up yourself but I can't be bothered so haven't worked out the costing.

If you want to be on slim fast for a while you get better discounts for bulk buying online too.

Hi Shelly...have you lost much weight on slimfast? Is it just liquid drinks? And how much is the average weight loss thats expected per week? And what site is it to buy from online in bulk? Sorry to ask so many queations! I need to lose a bit of weight for my wedding. Ive been eating healthily but seem to have stayed the same weight for ages.

I'll be honest with you and tell you I haven't been using slimfast as its really intended.
I have them in the house so that if I am in a hurry on a particular day then I can have a shake (make it last 10 mins, fills you up better that way) and not have to prepare and eat a proper meal. Or if I just can't be bothered to eat I have a shake.

I have only ever had the ready made shakes but they also do soups, meal replacement bars, snacks (pretzels etc) and I think they have recently brought out proper meals.

I have got to really do something now xmas is over though so I shall be using them properly. I think i'll give the soups a go too, see what they are like.

There isn't really a particular site to buy from in bulk as such. IIRC when I was doing my research Boots came out best at that time. It just depends on who is doing deals at the time.

Do you exercise at all? I never really believed in it until recently because a few years ago I joined weightwatchers and lost 3 stones in a year without exercising (for my wedding too :D )
But more recently I started cutting down on portion sizes....not what I eat, just the amount of it.....and exercising. Not only did I lose 6 lbs in my first week I felt much better too.
Then xmas came along and ruined the diet :rotfl: so now I'm back to starting again.

    HTH

Mely, I remembered that you can also buy slim fast powder that you make up yourself into shakes. I have no idea how this works out value wise compared to the ready made shakes because I can't be bothered with the faffing about so haven't ever looked into it.

Also if you buy from Tesco they have their own brand of weight loss powder that you make into shakes but I haven't really looked at it properly.
