Bathroom Extractor Fan - Electrician recommendations please

Options
Hello

Long time browser, first time poster.

Would anyone have a recommendation for an Electrician (North Down area) to fit a bathroom extractor fan for me please?

I'm keen to address the damp/condensation problem in the bathroom/loo caused by frequent baths and the lack of ventilation during the day when I'm away at work & can't leave a window open.

Problem exasperated by wooden, tongue in groove ceiling which is reacting badly to the damp.

Also (pushing my luck here) any Plasterer personal recommendations same area to re-plaster/re-skim my walls, plaster the ceiling after fitting the above?

I recently build a house within the Lurgan/Craigavon area and had an electricians which goes by the name of D&K Tennyson (Declan) is the main electrician.

If you get any people recommending them do not get them they provide you with a quote then want extra before finishing the job plus they do not to a good job as i could list many flaws with thier work.

Very, very inexperience electrician as they say you learn by your mistakes!!
