yes it can be a bit expencive but my oh get skin irtation from many diffrent types of shower gell and my little girl gets a rash from strong shower gells, but they can both use molton brown with no problems at all, but I find you only need a tiny amout and they last ages and smell amazing, the scent lasts for hours. The little set is great for hoildays, guests staying over, and finding out which scent is your favorite. I really like them, thanks op.

25% off gift sets on the MB website

Free P&P.. about 50p more expensive but there is more choice

this might be a stupid question, but why is this stuff sooooo expensive??

I used to think the same. For me I use the shower gels and shampoos, plus same male grooming bits. Basically they last a long time, so ultimately a 500ml shower gel lasts as long as 4 or 5 bottles of the normal stuff. Same thing for the shampoo. As I usually buy MB from the outlets, it works out about the same cost as buying normal products from Boots or the local supermarket.

I used to buy MB all the time pre light bulb moment. After LBM I downshifted as per MSE advice.

I don't buy MB shampoos anymore but I still buy the bath and shower gels as they do work out cheaper in the long run, as they are so concentrated.

If you look at the majority of MB stuff - it contains masses of parabens. Do a search on parabens and you might not want to spend quite so much on it. I've stopped buying MB as there is much better stuff out there that doesn't contain parabens and still looks good on the side of the sink! (check out www.cowshedonline.com - they have a 50% sale on and no parabens!).
