thank you did wonder if they would have a leg to stand on, but who is to say that they will not try withdraw all these trackers due to adverse market conditions.

They can't take a product off you that you already have. They will make changes to future products though.I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.0
