Serving hatch

Hi there!
I am having a new kitchen and am going to block off a door and have a serving hatch instead. Thing is i cant find any serving hatch frames, (if there is such a thing).
Do you have to make them yourself or can you actually buy them ready to fit? If so where can i lay my hands on one?
Any ideas anyone?
