    Beneffit? Or, Bifinnet?

If it is Bifinnett, you can get some reviews from this link:

On a personal level, I bought a bread maker that was not a branded name, and it has served me well for more than 4 years. Brand name does not always mean the best; just as non-brand name doesn't always mean C. rap ;)
  • just looked online at lidl and yes they are available from 5/1/09 and they have a 5 star rating so looks good think I may buy myself oneof those.....

    Hi jinnywren,

The Bifinnet breadmaker has had mixed reviews from Old Stylers. These threads may help you to decide whether it's worth buying:

    Has anyone got/used a Bifinett/Lidl breadmaker???

Lidl Bifinett breadmaker - any recipes that work?

I think I'll still get breadmaker from Lidl. If it's rubbish they are very good at giving your money back & no questions asked.:money:

I successfully made my first loaf in the Lidl Bifinett breadmaker.
I used one of Lidl's sunflower bread mixes.
Just wanted to know if anyone could explain at the end of each programme the intructions show keeping warm time of 60 minutes.
Do I have to keep bread in breadmaker for this 60 minutes after baking has stopped or can I take out before this. I know this is probably a dopey question but I'm a novice!!! :o

I think (not an exopert here, just getting going on bread making!) the keep warm function is just in case you can't take it out straight away, say if you're busy doing other things. The idea is to take it out straight away. HTH.
Life is not a dress rehearsal.
  • I had one of these a couple of years ago. It made the best bread ever IMO...but unfortunatly the paddles decided that they would no longer come off and wouldn't budge, so it became very difficult to clean and hard to get the loaf out. I've since seen on one of the previous threads that it's a design fault. Not sure if this model is the same though...the one we had had two paddles. If you're expecting it to last for more than a year then personally I'd look elsewhere. We've now got a Morphy Richards Fastbake one instead.
