think I not making myself clear,
I am self employed well as far as they are concerned when its helps them
but as far as abta is concerned we have to be paid £65 a year for cleaning
our computer - thats what my p45 applies to.
This is something to do with the abta law.
Regarding sick note/pay I would'nt be able to get it, I was given a private
sick note from doctor after the letter had been sent saying my branch was
closed.
My contract states either of us have to give one week for every year of service - i.e. four weeks for myself.
hope this makes it clear p45 states total pay to date £65 less tax to date
£14.30
thanks for all the help and going to send an other letter giving them 28days before taking them to court.
