*feels faint with envy* but ....
Sarah it seems to me that you have transferred the clothes spending to shoe spending, am wondering why the constant spending
I can explain:o
Firstly, Clarks had a sale so I got 6x pairs for £19.99 each, reduced from £68.99 so they were bargains;) and they are all lovely and can be used for work/smart occasions and they are really good quality and will last for ages.:D
Secondly, I am not a trainers person, but I do have some comfy trainer type shoes and after 3 years:rolleyes: I have finally worn them out and they needed replacing. I also needed a pair for a wedding, a party pair and there is a pair I have had my eye on for ages but they are quite expensive, I found a 20% off code for trainers/wedding/party order so I decided to add the lovely shoes as they probably won't get any cheaper and I am worried they will be discontinued (have been admiring then for 6 months.)
I will stop now as I really can't justify any more shoes and as it is coming up to summer I will only need sandals and I have some lovely pairs from the last couple of years already.
I have decided the trick is to just not look, if I don't know they are there I won't think about them and I really, really have just about every situation covered shoe-wise now.:D
Phew. I hate justifying myself but even I can see 10 pairs in 3 months is a little excessive:DPay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

First the good news - I have lost 3lbs :j
Bad news is that an after work shopping trip has left me feeling fat, frumpy and furstrated - I bought nothing!! What's happening to me? I used to love shopping, now I find it really de-moralising!
The rest of my list for this week has not been too bad. Have done OK at drinking water and having a daily treat, only managed 1 exercise session tho! That's what I really need to get cracking with, I'm sure that would make a difference and the results might spur me on!
List for next week- lose 2lbs
- exercise 3 times
- drink 1 litre of water a day
- 2 x NSD
- get to work by 8.30
- do one thing every day just for me

I want stat feeling better about myself and ready to move on and I'm sure the first step is looking better. If I looked slimmer, browner and healthier I'm sure it would boost my confidence which would be a real advantage to get me achieving other things - like meeting somebody
I agree totally, when I look better I feel better and being fat is doing my confidence no good whatsoever:mad: I could be choosing from a wardrobe of lovely things by now if I had put the effort in since Christmas. I feel like I can't even meet someone at the moment as I am not even the real me. Have put my weight loss in sig back to 0 as that 2lbs has been there far too long and is the 2lb I keep yo-yoing between anyway.
Anyway, this week's steps:- lose 3lbs
- walk to the shops twice
- 1 ltr of water a day
- take supplements every day
- get room spotless and a nice place to be

I hadn't thought of it like that, but it's so true! I could've been well on the way to losing 2 stone by now but in reality I am now back where I started having actually put more weight on since Christmas!Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0
