i have had a search on the forum, but cant find the info i need.

im trying to find a WoM ifa, to sort a new mortgage out. the few local advisors i have found dont state upfront if they are WoM.

i live near to liverpool, so if anyone can recommend someone, or maybe a useful website, that would be great.

    By definition, an IFA has to be whole of market. It is a requirement to call yourself an IFA. That said, increasingly IFAs are ceasing to transact mortgage business and use in-house mortgage advisers. However, a mortgage adviser belonging to an IFA firm should be whole of market and/or independent.
