Barclays Bank

I just got lost in 'Budgeting & Current Accounts' forum, and couldn't believe there is a 'Barclays Manager' on there and also HSBC person. Look at this thread. I couldn't bring myself under enough control to post my thoughts.

The thread is called 'Barclays Bank - Watch Out' and is in the budgeting and current account forum. Treat yourself to a look at it.

Sorry, for some reason I can't copy the link for you.

  • If you where to equate that charge to intrest , that is £22 every 5 days so could be as much as £132 per month that equates to 88% intrest per month, assuming your overdrawn by the full £150, now im not sure if im using it right so it could be wrong but acording to duocalc, that comes to an APR of 194837.0%

  • That thread is a load of bolloks, they seem to know bot all anout how Barclays work and how easy it is to get charges refunded. It took two phonescalls to get a bounced dd charge refunded this week.

  • Don't see why he would just see a load of failures who copped out, might find it depressing but certainly not enough to get stressed about. His view not mine, I see some genuine people too.

We cost his glorious bank money by copping out thus effecting his income and bonus's that should be cause to raise his blood pressure;)

Greed and failure to aquire more wealth has that effect:p

My understanding is that the aforementioned `Manager` actually works in `risk`...therefore `we` are keeping him & his team in a job!

I do visit that board often & have contributed but find some very harsh opinions over there!

...wish all I had to worry about was refund of a few fees !!
