Children's regular savings

I'm looking to invest £10 a month into an account for my child. I dont want any access to that money untill they are 18 or 21. I already have the government CTF, a child's savings account and premium bonds but want to put the money somewhere else and am prepared to take more of a risk. Does anyone have any ideas?
