Hurray! We've paid MBNA and they've confirmed that they will not chase for the remainder of the debt and that they will inform the credit reference agences that the amount owing will be 0, but partially settled.

well done and good luck with the other million K! i'm just starting down the clearing of debts road and it is good to see that mbna aren't as awful as i've found them to be so far.0
