Might be able to pick up my new car tomorrow, the bodywork is done, they are waiting for the tax disc to arrive in the post( because it was a disabled persons motability car -its an auromatic)the tax disc has to be sorted via Exeter instead of at a post Office) but if it comes tomorrow I can pick it up after work...yay!!!0 -

I hope so too!! Ive just updated my sig with the new amount..how depressing, still its still less then when I started i suppose! Total of £5794 divided by my minimum usual payment of £250 a month = Just over 23 months. Except i really need to get some money for my website together first before I start debt busting. have got £215 in my account already to start with ,trouble is I have no idea what its going to cost! Should be able to add £300 to it this months payday hopefully so that should do for the basics and can add to it next month. Will prob forget advertising until I have paid a bit of the car off then0

there was something on the news earlier about mortgages and that they were possibly going to be only lending 3 x your wage, have they realised what the wages are down here..and how much the bleedin houses cost???0
-
i will have to look into how much i can borrow etc again. it was £90,000 on my own on my wage but the repayments would have been too high really!
I have just read this about right to aquire from housing association.
discounts range from £9,000 to £16,000 depending on where you live
if you applied to the scheme after 18th January 2005, and decide you want to sell the property within five years of buying it you will have to repay some or all your discount - the amount you repay depends on the how long after you got the discount you want to sell.
so if i buy this house i have to keep it for 5 years or pay back a % of the discount! Bummer. After 5 years i don't have to pay any back! But i will get at least £9K off the market value!! i think they knock off 10% here!:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j
