Yeah i really like it, with requested more details and when they phone up will ask to view it.
We would only need a £50k mortgage to buy the first 50% after our deposit. And you cant even get a 1 bed shared ownership for that price in chelmsford where i live now.
Only things holding me back are its a little out in the sticks, BUT we both have cars. I would have a 30 min journey to work so not sure how much petrol this would cost me every month with my juicey car. And shared ownership is a little confusing.
