Morning all. Another cashback site. I'll look into it later, no time now.

I finally have a credit balance on paypal now, so can get back to using Ebay properly. Think I'm going to wait to list lots though until the fee changes.

I was going to go to the garden centre today but it's raining so prob wont. Have to post some ebay and amazon parcels.

    Hi all,

Whats going on? There not been many posts on here over the weekend? Normally i have to scroll through loads to catch up!

Things are looking up on the mortgage front, Ive found an excellent site called godirect.co.uk that compares mortgages for people with CCJs under £250 and aswell as normal mortgages. So have finally found some companies that will lend to us! Yay!

Max lend is 85% LTV so i could indeed get a place with a £15k deposit although it would have to be a flat. But i dont care so long as it our own place!) Just got to get the paperwork to say the CCJ is satisfied first though before anything. And fees are £1250!!!

    Whats everyone esle been doing?

^That's great news Maria about getting your own place! I really want out of my parents house soon as I think it makes me feel worse... I'm beginning to think it's not worth waiting to see if prices drop because at the end of the day I'll be buying a home to live in, not an investment.

I'm getting prepared for college tonight then flying tomorrow. I am really really terrified. I bought some Bach rescue remedy today, just tried a few drops so hope it works. I was so panicky when I was out that I forgot to get something for tea :S
