I am back from the gym, it was alright! Went on the machine that measures your BMI and i had a low one apprently, it also said one of my legs is fatter than the other so slightly corncerned now hehe. Not sure if we will joing, going to decide tonight or tomorrrow.

my day has been terrible!

Mediation with dd's dad was horrid as expected

then had to sort the dogs foot out he cut his pad yesterday so had to clean with salty water.

Went to tesco it was busy and i spent to much

then the car had a puncher so that was another £12 and half an hour wasted!

it has just been a crapy day! where is everyone>?
