God i wish! Im still waiting for my OH to get the CCJ 'satisfied' on his credit history which i thought he had already done!
With both our incomes going by the halifax calculator we could borrow £98k. But that for people without CCJ's on credit history.
So we still need to find somewhere who would lend to us first, meaning higher interest rates because of CCJ. But that will fall off in Dec 2010 then we could change mortgage's.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
You should book an appointment with someone to ask Maria, you have nothing to lose
. At least college is over now cl, you've done well to go every week.
I've just spent an hour on my exercise bike, my backside is a bit sore lol, but I've discovered I can do that whilst doing sudoku and watching tv which takes my mind off of it. I figure if I stay on the bike til I've finished one hard sudoku per day I might have a chance of being toned for the first time ever which is very exciting lol. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -

CL- I wish i had the bottle to go to college
YB- sound like you money was well spent!:)
Im a little shy to go and see someone about mortgage advise as im embrassed about my 25 hours a week job where i only earn £8k a year.OH earns a much better wage and works full time.
Ive asked me OH to phone up places before, but his a bit clueless on mortgage talk...im not that much better though! I will get the guts up to get advice though i need to to get out of my parents house! lolMake £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
Maria I only earn around 8k on part time too. We didn;t have a clue what to start with when buying our house so we went and had a chat with an estate agents financial advisor and then got a better idea of what we were going to face.
Just don't be afraid to shop around to get a good deal on estate agents rates etc0 -
Maria, if I have the bottle to go to college, I think anyone has
I am so quiet in real life it's embarrassing... I barely talk unless I have to. Can never imagine myself working, it scares me so much (not the actual working part, but having to work as a team and stuff!)
Enjoy spending your vouchers wendz. I LOVE Miss Selfridge stuff but it's a bit out of my price range unless I have vouchers. I'm more of a Primark girl0 -
If you can afford a mortgage between you then that is what matters!
I just managed to win a couple of thousand points in bingoport yay, hopefully if i get another 5 pound voucher next week and a ten pound one from dooyoo when i get there, will be able to order the wii0 -
