There is a women who bought a house last year 2008 and she bought it for £100,000 a nice 2 bed. Got a tracker morgage paying £460 a month ish and no because of the interest rate she is paying £22 a MONTH!!

£22 - oh my god. I hope she's using the spare money towards her mortgage? if she can of course, some banks fine you, or you can only pay a certain amount extra each month.

Hi Hayley, I am ok, bit moody. Just found out my male best mate is having a baby with his wife and well i am a tad jealous but chatting to him on msn pretending to be over joyed.

that is hard dawn a lot of my friends have babies and i feel rubbish about them having babies but it is silly!
