Afternoon everyone, my dad was really good and went to pick up my computer for me, I've just got back from Brighton and am on it now. It's so much better than my old one so I'm pretty happy. I can also get freeview on it so my plan is to put it in my room, connect the ariel and hopefully not have to buy a TV as the screen on this is 22" which is enough for me. I prefer XP to vista but there aren't many new computers on XP anymore and you can't have everything. All in all it was £690 with cashback, but I had my old computer for 5 years and will probably have this one for at least as long again so as a yearly average I guess it's alright as my computers have always got a lot of use.
That was so uncalled for from your friend Jen, I hope she apologises, in the mean time try and forget about it. Fingers crossed you feel better soon Dawn, it seems like you've been ill for quite a while. Having done nothing for valentines my boyfriend is making me go out with him on Wednesday, so I've told him we're going to Strada and getting their 2 for 1 lol. Hi all,
Jen- your friend dont sound very nice! I would be cross with her too!
MM- Bless your OH, valentines is more for women anyway so im sure he didnt mind.
YB- Do you have a date set for your wedding?
Dawn- Are you taking vitamins? Take some vitamin C, i have the fizzy tablets that you put in water, they always make me feel more alert.
Well i enjoyed my valentines evening very much, i went round to his house greeted by a living room full of candles and i mean full! Like the alex burke video! And he had cooked me a steak and chips meal with champayne, candles and love hearts & rose petals scrattered over the table. It was very romantic indeed! Then after he asked if i could get something out of his car for him, and when i opened the door there were these flying lanterns glowing in the air of the garden.
I took lots of pictures which will be going on my facebook later, as my OH cooking and being romantic is unheard of!Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750
