Well done on the fiver jen!!

ok all-i have a bit of a dilemma which you can probably help me with. As you know I am going to make a concerted effort with the wedding jewellery business, get a new website set up, packaging ,printer advertising etc which will cost probably about £500-£700. I was going to wait until my debts were paid off to start it (probably june next year)but in the current job climate I'm not sure how safe my job will be (its ok at the mo) in the future. As my debts are to my family they are in no hurry to get the money back and my uncle has even offered to lend me more on top to start up the business properly. Obviously if the business succeeds I will be able to pay them back quicker anyway.
    What would you do?

If it's what you want to do MM DO IT. You only live once, and you may not get the offer again.

My town is flooded out!! The field's opposite my house have two fishing lakes and the main river of chelmsford which have all burst there banks and its like one massive sea! I feel sorry for the poor rabbits, badgers etc that live there:(

Thanks Yukki and Maria-blimey Maria that sounds horrible-where do you live?

Actually thinking about it I might be able to do it without borrowing anything-i have got £150 coming that will pay for start up packaging and a printer, and then I can pay for the website out of the money I would normally pay off the debt (about £250 a month)
Just means i will be about 3 months behind on my debt payments (my self inflicted time table not a set payment plan!)

I live in chelmsford, Essex. My house is up a hill and over looks the town i can see for miles from my bedroom window, so no chance of my house getting flooded, its mainly just the town that is in danger of flooding as the river runs through it!

MM, plus you enjoy making the jewellery dont you? I wish i could find a job i enjoyed doing! Do you say you have the website set up already?

I do enjoy making the jewellery Maria-I have a very basic website at the mo www.coastlinedesigns.co.uk but will be upgrading that, taking better pics and changing the name to Bridal Designs Wedding Jewellery.
