I've been looking through my vegetarian student cookbook for cheap meal ideas. This site www.approvedfood.co.uk was mentioned on the live on £4000 thread, I've (well, I on behalf of my dad) have just spent £22 inc P&P. Food in tins & jars is fine well past its best before date anyway.

Ooh lilmiss, what did you buy?

Yep! I was hoping to go, either there or Sydney this year so Sydney will now be 2010 i think when we have saved up a lot more cash.

The travel board NY expert has helped me look at flights and they are the cheapest available £258.70 each :)

Thing is i can't tell him until 17th April which is his birthday, we fly out on 29th April and land 5th May :)

I hate having to keep secrets I'm excited about secret for a long time. Sometimes even a day is a struggle. My plan for my boyfriends birthday is to buy him a new 32" TV with a home cinema system & a TV license lol. I want to hook his consoles up to it whilst he's at work and surprise him when he gets home :).
