I hate seeing random attractive people because there's nothing you can do about it (not that I would anyway, unless I was really drunk lol, the shame
), the one that particularly sticks in my head is someone who was loitering outside the barclaycard building one day when I was on my way to work.
I think everyone has something they don't like about themselves, me included. Sadly we can't have everything! What do you think you'll do with the house Jen?Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -
well tha parking is a complete nightmare so i am going to have another look with my mum who is very practical and will find faults, Either to find somewhere else to park or to rule the house out completly. i love the house it is huge but it needs so much work and it probably isn;t for me but i am going to have a second look so i am sure:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

Does it have a front gaden you could pave over? I don't think I'd want a house without parking, I can't park anywhere near my boyfriends house because it's right in the middle of town, it drives me nuts!
I think I'm going to start writing reviews on pubs as I feel like I've spent most of the last three years in them lol. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -
oh thats a good idea i haven't reviewed any places!
Yes i could get the pavement lowered to park in the garden but it would mean the whole cul de sac losing a parking space so i could drive onto my drive! There are currantly 4 spaces and 3 road side spaces and there are over 25 houses!! I would be very unpopular:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Wow, that isn't a lot of space, you'd have thought they'd have considered it when they were building them. That's one of the few good things about where I live, everyone has their own drive so everyone can park and there aren't cars in the road. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470

Jen, the parking situation sounds difficult... we used to live in a terraced house and it was a nightmare trying to park. Now we're in a detached, with enough space for two cars in the drive & parking outside on the roadside - it's so much better! I wouldn't jump in and buy somewhere that isn't totally perfect.
Nikki, I know what you mean about random strangers! I always feel so awkward. My friend is the opposite, she can talk to anyone - dunno how she does itI guess everyone has hangups... just when you see picture-perfect girls, it does make you wonder whether they're doing it for attention :S

I don't think I'd ever be able to afford anywhere perfect around here!
My dad can talk to anyone too cl, but I'm more like you and try to hide in the background. I think there probably are an odd few that are doing it for attention, but a lot of people just see themselves differently to how other people do. I remember when I was at school I thought I was really big so I'd wear jeans and sweatshirts in the middle of summer to try and hide myself, but my mum would always tell me I was attracting more attention that way which I was. At the time I was a normal weight, I just had a completly distorted view of myself. I wish I wasn't so screwed up when I was younger.
