  • Hi LM, Jen... & anyone else :)

That house is nice lilmiss, especially inside. Not sure what prices are like where you are though so can't judge. I've seen 2-bed terraces here for £70k but I live in a very dumpy place where noone really wants to live :S

I'm going to have an early night - it's been a long day, been up since 8.30am! g'night all xx

    Morning everyone,

That's a nice house lilmiss, you can't really get anything worth having for that price around here :(. I was saying to my mum yesterday (she lives in St Albans) that it might be worth me considering moving north of London because the houses are cheaper up there than they are south of it. It's either that or Kent which my boyfriend doesn't want to entertain as he didn't get a job he went for in Canterbury lol.
    Finally bought a home

I am aiming to get to £40 on Dooyoo today, at £36. Not a lot else planned.

Jen here is the man! http://members.dooyoo.co.uk/member/lotpot

TBH on the house I could probably get a 3 Bedroom for £130k but i am considering 2 Bedrooms as thats the only option we could get on the mychoicehomebuyscheme unless I am pregnant, then you can buy 3.
