yeah it would need a new bathroom before i move in and a new kitchen as soon as possible. I am going to arrange to see a morgage person i think. Yeah i am up to £54 in paypal and i have 3 items for sale one is 99p one £3.50 and the other £15.00 so i should have about £80 inculding postage to withdraw!
