I wasn't as lucky as you Jen... only made a tiny £1.85 profit. Would have lost a fair bit more if the horse had won though!!

MM if you're not happy with it, you're probably best off selling now before it loses more of its value. It's a shame how quickly cars devalue.

Hey thanks guys, well on the free money from take a break bingo everythings great! But on the recession side its not so good, i am still temping which is cool as long as i dont get laid off. My bf was made redundant before christmas and has been looking for jobs and had to sign on for jobseekers. On monday he got a call from an agency to work for the next 2 weeks only which was good pay, would turn out for 2weeks work he would get £700, but yesterday my stupid agency rang him and said we got work for you which is on going can you start tomorrow, he said well ive just been given 2weeks elsewhere, can i do that first and then work for you? they basically said if you dont start tomorrow it will be a while before we have anymore work for you, so what seemed the sensible choice would be to take the less paid job as its ongoing, the other was for 2weeks only, so after a day of work today, we think great everything might get back on track, like paying the rent and mortgage, he rang jobseekers and told them he found a job and what happens a few minutes later...my agency ring and tell him theres no more work for him!! i am so P!!!ed :mad: :mad: £700 he could have earned and now nothing because of them w!!!ers!!!:mad: :mad: sorry for the long writing.

Aw stacy that's rotten, and so not fair. Hope he finds something soon.

CL ebay are making it free to list on auction at 99p but upping the fvf to 10%. It makes it better for those bits that sell at 99p as you will only pay fees on the tat that actually sells lol.

Ahh right yukki. but is it 10% fvf for all auctions now? I wish they'd lower BIN prices too... I tend to list more stuff on BIN than auction nowadays.

Sorry to hear about your bf's job troubles Stacy. I do hope he finds something else soon.

Sorry to hear about your OH's job stacy-what a load of *&%^ that agency are!

No Jen-I'm on £39.95 lol!!!! hopefully today! Have got to go to work, gonna pop in the MINI dealership on the way (its right next door) and see what price theyd give me for the car, am expecting it to be v v v low! then i might try advertising privately to see if I can get more. Although selling it back to the dealers would be hell of a lot easier! No strangers coming round your house,saying they'll come and then not turn up, paying for advertising etc etc etc.
