fixed rate about to end, have 60,000 outstanding on split of 30,000 endowment (worth 9,000) which is seriously under performing and 30,000 onrepayment,looking for some direction / advice on setting next mortgage which starts on april 1 2009
1 property worth 2000,000
2 no plans to move
3 best price and no variations is why we use fixed rates
4 yes would consider changing to just repayment depending on terns
5 9-10 years left on mortgage
6 yes clean credit history
7 joint income of 52,000
8 small car loan around 5,000
