I am currently having some prblems with my lady friend I am concerned that we may part company.
My house is now in joint name. There is a mrtgage of £56K and it is valued at approx £256K.
She does not contribute to the motgage and has only been on it a short time (5 months) would be she entitled to half the equitey.
Not sure if this makes any difference but I think she has mental health issues and that is why we may part.
