Euro mortgages for houses abroad?

Anyone know of any good ones, or any comparison sites?
Also, i the reason for a mortgage in euros would be because it would be (hopefully) rented out... but can you get one if you aren't paid in euros?
Cheers

I have just got a mortgage with the Euro.It was with Banco Pastor and they have give me the rate of 3.75% for the first year and then 0.90% over the Euribor rate. There is a penalty for early repayment of 1%. I have also since for out that they have a branch in London, whicj is a bonus a far as i am concerned.
Hope it helps. :beer:0 -
Thanks, i'll check that out. Are you paid in euros, or does it not matter?
Also, out of interest, is your house abroad and do you rent it out?
Would be interested to know if any of the main english banks do a decent euros mortgage (for convienience sake) or if it will have to be with a foriegn bank?stay lucky!
