2 mortgages running side by side

Can anybody help ive 2 mortgages running side by side with the same provider one product has 4 years to run with a fixed rate the other fixed rate ends in feb, can i look around elsewhere for a cheeper deal for the amount that is soon to end or do i have to stay with my current provider?

I would have thought that it would be difficult to get two different lenders give you two different mortgage for the same property. You might be stuck with the one lender.
Check the penalties on the fixed mortgage that hasnt expired yet and see if it makes financial sense in the long run to combine the two mortgages in one in the long run!

Interim goal = £23,400 (Target: February 2006, Missed but acheived May 2006)
2nd Interim Goal = £15,000, Target October 2006
Debt Free Date = February 2008 BUT I'M GOING TO BE TRYING FOR SOONER!!!
