Silk Flowers - updated with photos!

I have been quoted about 40 pounds for a hand tied christmassy bouquet of silk flowers. Has anyone made their own any cheaper?

all i used is the flowers bunched together trimmed stems then bound with floristry tape , i have yet to bound them in ribbon , and im going to try and put some diamonte pins in but with them being slk i dont know how easy it will be , the flowers i used is the ones where they have three flower heads on the stem and bunched them together ,

I did my own as well with foam roses from Hobbycraft for about £30. I used foam roses, florist tape and then covered that with ribbon and also added some little sprays of crystals in them.

This is my bouquet and the bridesmaids are just having smaller versions of the same
