Do Not Use Cover Heat!

I would like to warn everyone regarding the above company, we took out the central heating / boiler cover with the above mentioned company in oct this year we chose this company because all of the adverts stated 24/7 365 cover and then states that they will attend within 24hrs (usually 2 hrs as stated on their website) our boiler broke down on 29th Dec at approx 12 noon we phoned the company at 2pm expecting to have the problem sorted by the evening, 35hrs and numerous phone calls later still no heating or hot water, the supervisor of the company even put the phone down on my wife when started to tell them politely how rubbish their company is. We have taken legal advice, but this unfortunately does not give my family heat or hot water.

I am fuming because we did not rush into signing up with this company we did our homework checked out a few, cover heat were recommended by several impartial websites
