JSA - Self Employed

Hi apologies if it's been asked before. But I am on Job Seekers Allowance after being made redundant.. I have been offered some work but it would have to be on a self-employed basis (that's how the company works).
Just wondered where I would stand if the work dries up re: signing on again for Jobseekers Allowance. Could I then claim again?
Any help much appreciated.

Go through an umbrella company and get a P45 when the work finishes. that's the easiest way.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

Seek advice from the jobcentre because being self-employed means that you are working for yourself and that you are responsible for notifying the HMRC that you have set up a business and that you are then responsible for paying your own tax and national insurance.
I was once offered an interview at a company local to me again it was via the jobcentre and when I looked into it it meant working for them on a self employed basis. I decided then that if I wanted to be self employed then I would do it for myself and not for someone else.0
