this happened afew months back, where it was cocking up the prices, a way round it at the time was to pay at a quick pay point using the reservation number.

When I added two mini golf games into my basket it worked, but when I carried on through to stock check it updated the price to be full price oh well not to be

You have to reserve online and then go and collect in store. If you pay via the quick pay kiosk it charges you full price. You have to go to a manned till and they have to manually overwrite it.

i got cooking mamma and carnival games not as cheap as with the mini golf but they didn't have it in stock an we already have it the kids were happy with wot they saved

Just got back and they wouldn't hounor it, even with a printout of the reservation!! Apparently someone phoned them to ask if the deal was right?? why i don't know, i would have just grabbed the bargain! Anyway, they contacted HO and they said it was a clitch on the online system! So no cheap games for me!!

I phoned cs and the lady i spoke to was lovely. She said that she would have done an overide for me but unfortunately because a bullitein had gone out to all the stores they wouldn't honour it!! Missed out guys!! Shame would have been a good one.

My DH picked up carnival and lego starwars for £19 about 30 mins ago at Worle Argos, had no probs getting them to over-ride the tills.
He's now busy teaching our daughters in the ways of the jedi ( a very serious business!!):rotfl:
