  • Go to another branch. I believe the administrators are only in 15 stores, the other 43 are continuing to trade.
  • does anyone know which branches are still open and which ones have closed?

I have the same problem here in Gloucester as they are also closing down. However the man in the shop did say as it was purchased in USC Cribbs Causeway (Bristol) they should be able to refund it as they are staying open. There was a list of all stores staying open in the shop window today. Good luck!
  • One problem may be that the shops that are staying open will have been transferred to a different company but they may exchange it out of goodwill as every customer is a prisoner these days.

My brother works/worked in this branch. He was the one who had to break the news to the other members of staff-not nice.

owned by the same bloke that owned the original company can you believe it, very similar to officers club, their owner had an article in our local paper complaining that they were a cash rich company but couldnt pay their £3.5 million rent bill on christmas day, did they not expect it. Seems a way of getting rid of the poor performing shops and the ones that suffer are the poor staff and those who they owed cash.
  • Could someone help me, i ordered some boots in the USC sale Online.
According to USC website the item has been dispatched but according to UPS the item is in "PACKAGE" which means they have been told about it but have yet to receive it, do you think its been lost half way or somethings happend cos they went in to admin. It was supposed to arrive Wednesday according to the woman at USC when i spoke to her on Monday but i cant contact them atm cos they are shut till Monday.
  • My order still hasn't arrived and I placed it on Christmas Day. UPS say that they haven't picked it up yet, but USC took the money from me on Dec 25th. I thought they were suppose to be trading as normal, their local store is still open.

And as for trying to get through to the call centre....
  • I rang them up cos i had a similar problem squirter99
What it is, when USC when into admin UPS dropped them and USC are now dealing with ParcelForce, youre order should still be coming to you.
On my UPS tracker it says package aswell but thats cos all orders are through Parcel Force. My order made on the 28th December supposdly arrives tomorow but im gna ring them up first thing.
