Mulberry refunds

Hello all,
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but I couldn't see a more appropriate one!
I have received a Mulberry purse for Xmas, and I don't like it. I don't have a receipt or a proof of purchase, but I do have the original box (if that's any good) and the closest outlet that sells Mulberry is a House of Fraser. Am I likely to have any luck getting a refund or credit note at the HOF? I'll probably give it a bash anyhow, but does anyone have any experience of Mulberry refunds?

Where the item purchased from? Remember there are some Mulberry outlet stores, and I doubt a normal store would deal with outlet items. The best that you can hope for is a credit note/ exchange to the value of the most recent selling price.Gone ... or have I?0
