Spend days for me Thursday, Friday and Saturday! But at least yesterday I thought about it, and got everything else I needed whilst I was out, so hopefully will be able to manage another 6 NSDs by the end of the month.

I've managed a nsd today, didn't think I would but I've spent today at home, my blooming sinuses are playing up again, should really get to the doctor with them but I hate going to the doctor so much

I suffer my from sinuses hurting and giving me headaches and find a vix inhaler to be my best friend, stops the pain immediately once taken with some ibuprofen

Only budgetted food shopping for me today, so I am declaring an NSD, which takes me to my target for Jan - wahoo! Didn't think I was going to make it.... now lets see if I can squeeze a couple more in before the end of the month.

I think Lula Hula was interested in running Februarys so you will need to let her now your aim for next month i.e 28.

Lula can you let me know if you want to do Febs still.

Woohooh!!! I've hit my target. Today is officially my 20th NO SPEND DAY. I still feel I could do better as i've spent a bit more this month than I intended, but there's still 6 days to go so I could rack up a few more NSD's. Trying to throw any extra cash at my Barclaycard as i'm determined to rid myself of one of the debts ASAP.

I managed to clock up another one today. I did go out earlier but only to put a National trust member thingy on my car windscreen. I didnt bother to go shopping at all.
