Help please! Can I get a mortgage?!

Hi, I'm new here to all of this. I'd love some advice on what I could do!

I would like to get a mortgage of around 130k. My income is around 25k and unfortunately I have unsecured debts of around 25k :(

I have no deposit and noone that I could get a joint mortgage with.......

Now I've done some research and I'm aware that there are 125% mortages out there or mortgage companies that will not take into account my debts..... but I don't know who to approach or get good advice from!

Please help!

You want to borrow more than 5 times your salary, and have no deposit, so i guess you would be paying a rather high rate of interest for that priviledge....are you sure you can afford it? Do you want a 125% mortgage so you can pay off your debt as well. My husband and i have a joint income of 33k (of which 12K is tax free as well) and we couldn't really afford more than a 110K-120k mortgage, and that is a lower interest rate as we have a 25% deposit.
