NavMan S30 SatNav @ PCWorld £39.97

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/product.php?sku=340573

Good luck finding one - in-store and don't forget quidco for 2.5% off that price if you manage to find one for reserve and collect.

Apparently if the store stock <3 it shows as out of stock on the web.

Saw some in Boston about an hour ago, they also had the larger 50 version for £59.99
  • that price of £xx.97 is the clue that you've very little chance - since it discontinued or simillar but it does allow them to advertise an attention grabbing price to get people in to the storein the hope they'll buy something else

What you're saying has been said many times before, but the facts are that:

    (a) they aren't going around advertising that as some megadeal to pull in the customers (I happened to pick one up in PCWorld City the other day just on the offchance)

    (b) as I have already stated above, apparently it shows out of stock on-line (as per the Olympus e410 with 2 lenses for £169.97 thread) if the quantity in stock is <3 at any given branch

Both the items I talk about here have been bought by people. I accept the 'little chance' words but it may not be as 'little chance' as you think as sat navs are stocked in quantity by most branches

they may not be mass marketing the price, but they are not stupid, they know that somebody will post the price on the internet, which in turn then gets people into there stores:rolleyes:
