  • NO !!! sorry but I dont and it really hacks me off that the same movie on bluray is generally £8-£10 more expensive than the DVD version.

Yeah its a better format but surely it doesnt cost THAT much more to produce???

    Rant over.

cheapest i've found is a second hand dvd and game shop near my work, which is selling them at about £12 each.

They look in good condition but there's not a great deal of choice unfortunately :(

eBay. I've bought 5 brand new films in the last few weeks, not payed more than a tenner each
  • Ive been watching the price of blurays for about 6 months, the prices are dropping just not enough for me yet, the poster above is correct, ebay seems to be cheapest at the moment.

Asda have a 2 for £20 offer, Amazon have 3 for 2 as well - both selected titles only.

Like most I only watch real dvd quality when the technology first came out, never watch camera job dvds after a few bad experiences. I have not move into the blu-ray tech yet as I feel the price of the player and disc are still too expensive. Once the prices reach the level of current decent dvd players and dvd then I will venture in. This will probably happen in about less than a year's time with the aceleration of the credit crunch.
