I would say don't order from them. I received a previous customer return which was faulty and in appalling condition, terrible customer service with not even a sorry, late collection of this item along with still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. awful company!!

I've used Expansys a number of times before and not had a problem with their customer service (including problem resolution) - and it is the only place to get what I am looking for at the moment.

I have heard that they may have taken a downturn of recently though
