I am thinking of baking a beef and stilton Pie

Only I haven't baked anything like this since I was in home economics...about 15 yrs ago, I am more of a throw it in a wok kind of girl, I have been inspired by the M&S pie, but thats not strong enough stiltonie for me.

I am looking for an idiots guide

    Hi ooobedoo!

There's a thread here from yesterday discussing something similar with some ideas in it and there are some stilton recipes on the stilton website here.

I think I might give this a bash!

My brother was well taken with the M&S Beef and Stilton pie advert, so he decided that he would make his own rather than pay M&S's prices.

He tried it out on us when we visited at the beginning of December and it was delish :) He's not a stilton fan, but raved at how tasty the pie was.
